Este Festival de la Primavera tiene m\u00e1s de 4.000 a\u00f1os de historia y es la fiesta m\u00e1s larga e importante del a\u00f1o en la cultura china. Es un momento de celebraci\u00f3n, para dar la bienvenida al nuevo a\u00f1o con una sonrisa y dejar que la fortuna y la felicidad contin\u00faen. Al mismo tiempo, este festival implica ceremonias para desear una buena cosecha. Las celebraciones duran hasta 16 d\u00edas. Las familias se re\u00fanen en la v\u00edspera del A\u00f1o Nuevo Chino para celebrar con una cena. Los ni\u00f1os reciben un sobre rojo con dinero como s\u00edmbolo de los adultos transmiti\u00e9ndoles un a\u00f1o de buena fortuna y bendiciones.<\/p>\n<p>En mi cocina ecol\u00f3gica tenemos la tradici\u00f3n de celebrar el A\u00f1o Nuevo Lunar Chino. Decoramos nuestra casa con adornos rojos y linternas. Preparamos un banquete de comida china y siempre invitamos a familiares o amigos cercanos para que celebren con nosotros. \u00a1Este a\u00f1o nos encantar\u00eda invitarte! Y qu\u00e9 mejor manera que compartiendo una de mis recetas chinas.<\/p>\n<p>Vamos a servir este plato de pollo con arroz blanco, dumplings al vapor, un sofrito de verduras (consulta mi receta en este blog) y de postre galletas de almendras o de la fortuna. \u00bfSab\u00edas que las galletas de la fortuna no existen en China? De hecho, fueron inventadas en San Francisco y he tenido la suerte de visitar la f\u00e1brica.<\/p>\n<p>\u00bfTe gustar\u00eda celebrar el A\u00f1o Nuevo Lunar con nosotros?<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-2849\" src=\"http:\/\/carmensorganickitchen.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/IMG_6002-copy-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" \/><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\">Pollo Salteado con Br\u00f3coli y Champi\u00f1ones<\/h2>\n<p>Esta receta fue creada para una fiesta de cumplea\u00f1os de inspiraci\u00f3n china. \u00a1Ahora es una de las comidas favoritas de mi hija!<\/p>\n<p>Ingredientes para 4 personas<\/p>\n<p>500gr (1.1 lb) de filetes de muslo de pollo, cortados en cubitos<br \/>\n1 cabeza de br\u00f3coli (solo las flores)<br \/>\n\u00bd taza de champi\u00f1ones secos remojados en agua caliente, escurridos y cortados en l\u00e1minas<br \/>\n2 ajos picados o rallados<br \/>\n2 cm (4 \u201c) de jengibre fresco rallado, o 1 cucharada de pasta<br \/>\n2 ajetes o cebollas de verdeo enteras, cortadas en tiras muy finas<br \/>\n2 cucharadas de aceite<br \/>\nSemillas de s\u00e9samo<\/p>\n<h3>Salsa (Escabeche)<\/h3>\n<p>2 cucharadas de salsa Tamari o de soja<br \/>\n\u00bc taza de salsa de ostras<br \/>\n2 cucharadas de vinagre de vino de arroz<br \/>\n2 cucharadas de Mirim (vino de arroz japon\u00e9s)<br \/>\n2 cucharadas de vino de arroz chino (o jerez)<br \/>\n1 cucharadita de aceite de s\u00e9samo<\/p>\n<p>Mezclar todas las salsas para hacer el escabeche (marinado)<\/p>\n<p>Agrega 2 cucharadas del escabeche sobre el pollo, c\u00fabrelo bien y d\u00e9jalo reposar mientras preparas el resto de los ingredientes<\/p>\n<p>Calienta 1 cucharada de aceite en un wok, o una cacerola de fondo grueso, a fuego medio-alto. Sofr\u00ede el pollo durante unos 3 a 5 minutos, o hasta que todos los jugos se evaporen y est\u00e9 dorado. Puedes hacer esto en dos veces. Reserva para m\u00e1s tarde<\/p>\n<p>Reduce el fuego a medio-bajo, agrega el resto del aceite y sofr\u00ede el ajo y el jengibre durante 1 minuto<\/p>\n<p>A\u00f1ade el br\u00f3coli y saltea por 1 minuto, seguido de los champi\u00f1ones y cocina 1 minuto m\u00e1s<\/p>\n<p>Aumenta el fuego a medio-alto, agrega el escabeche (marinado), mezcla y cocina unos 2 minutos<\/p>\n<p>A\u00f1ade el pollo y los ajetes (cebollas de verdeo) al wok, mezcla bien y sofr\u00ede 2 minutos m\u00e1s<\/p>\n<p>Prueba si necesita m\u00e1s condimento y espolvorea con semillas de s\u00e9samo<\/p>\n<p>Puedes agregar chile fresco o una guindilla para darle un poco de pique<\/p>\n<p>\u00a1Que aproveche!
