La cultura mexicana abraza la mortalidad y los mexicanos creen firmemente en la vida despu\u00e9s de la muerte. En lugar de llorar a sus muertos, celebran la muerte, y en el D\u00eda de los Muertos les gusta hacer una fiesta. La gente se junta en las calles para la fiesta. En todos los rincones se venden caramelos con forma de calavera y por la noche hay bailes callejeros y fuegos artificiales.<\/p>\n<p>Ingredientes para 8 panes<\/p>\n<p>1 cucharadita de levadura seca<br \/>\n3 cucharadas (60 ml) de leche tibia<br \/>\n4 tazas (600gr) de harina blanca<br \/>\n1\/3 taza (80gr) de az\u00facar<br \/>\n\u00bd taza (113gr) mantequilla fr\u00eda salada<br \/>\nRalladura de 1 naranja y 1 lim\u00f3n<br \/>\n6 huevos<\/p>\n<p>Para el GLASEADO<br \/>\n\u00bd taza (100gr) de az\u00facar<br \/>\n3 cucharadas (60 ml) de agua<\/p>\n<p>1. Calienta la leche y disuelve la levadura mezclando con una barilla o un tenedor. Tapa esta mezcla y dejala reposar de 5 a 10 minutos, hasta que presente burbujas<br \/>\n2. Tamiza la harina, a\u00f1ade el az\u00facar y mezcla bien<br \/>\n3. Corta la mantequilla fr\u00eda en daditos y frotalos con las yemas de los dedos en la mezcla de harina y az\u00facar. Est\u00e1s buscando una textura similar a la del pan rallado<br \/>\n4. Bate los huevos<br \/>\n5. Vierte la mezcla de levadura y los huevos en la harina<br \/>\n6. Mezcla bien hasta formar una masa pegajosa<br \/>\n7. Pon la masa sobre una superficie enharinada y amasa durante 5 minutos, hasta que est\u00e9 suave y el\u00e1stica (este proceso lo puedes hacer usando una batidora de pie con el gancho de amasar)<br \/>\n8. Coloca la masa en un bol engrasado con un poco de aceite, cubrelo con un pa\u00f1o de cocina y dejalo reposar en un lugar c\u00e1lido durante 1 hora, hasta que doble su tama\u00f1o<br \/>\n9. Vuelve a amasar durante 2 minutos m\u00e1s sobre una superficie enharinada<br \/>\n10. Divide la masa en 8 porciones iguales y separa una bolita de cada porci\u00f3n. Con esto har\u00e1s los huesos para decorar el pan<br \/>\n11. Moldea las pociones grandes con forma de panecillos redondos<br \/>\n12. Prepara una bandeja de horno con papel para hornear y coloca los bollitos, aplanando ligeramente con la palma de la mano<br \/>\n13. Moldea las porciones m\u00e1s peque\u00f1as en 2 huesos haciendo 2 tiras y rod\u00e1ndolas entre los dedos<br \/>\n14. Usando una brocha, pon un poco de agua sobre los bollos y coloca los huesos encima formando una cruz<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-2810\" src=\"http:\/\/carmensorganickitchen.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/IMG_4717-300x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/carmensorganickitchen.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/IMG_4717-300x300.jpg 300w, https:\/\/carmensorganickitchen.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/IMG_4717-1024x1024.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/carmensorganickitchen.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/IMG_4717-150x150.jpg 150w, https:\/\/carmensorganickitchen.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/IMG_4717-768x768.jpg 768w, https:\/\/carmensorganickitchen.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/IMG_4717-570x570.jpg 570w, https:\/\/carmensorganickitchen.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/IMG_4717-500x500.jpg 500w, https:\/\/carmensorganickitchen.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/IMG_4717-1000x1000.jpg 1000w, https:\/\/carmensorganickitchen.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/IMG_4717-700x700.jpg 700w, https:\/\/carmensorganickitchen.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/IMG_4717-600x600.jpg 600w, https:\/\/carmensorganickitchen.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/IMG_4717-100x100.jpg 100w, https:\/\/carmensorganickitchen.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/IMG_4717.jpg 1440w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>15. Cubre el pan de muerto con un pa\u00f1o de cocina y dejalos reposar en un lugar c\u00e1lido durante 30 minutos a 1 hora, hasta que doblen en tama\u00f1o<br \/>\n16. Precalienta el horno a 350F (180C) y hornea el pan durante 20 a 30 minutos, hasta que est\u00e9n dorados y el pan suene hueco cuando lo golpeas en la base<br \/>\n17. Para hacer el GLASEADO: vierte el az\u00facar y el agua en una sart\u00e9n y cocina a fuego medio moviendo constantemente hasta que el az\u00facar se disuelva<br \/>\n18. Con la brocha, pinta el pan recien salido del horno con el glaseado<\/p>\n<p>Este pan dulce es ideal para el desayuno servido con chocolate caliente.<\/p>\n<p>Esta receta tambi\u00e9n se puede dividir en 12 porciones para obtener panecillos m\u00e1s peque\u00f1os.
