{"id":1041,"date":"2019-06-07T21:34:56","date_gmt":"2019-06-08T04:34:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/carmensorganickitchen.com\/?p=1041"},"modified":"2019-09-04T09:54:56","modified_gmt":"2019-09-04T16:54:56","slug":"recipe-salad-quinoa","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/carmensorganickitchen.com\/es\/recipe-salad-quinoa\/","title":{"rendered":"Receta de ensalada de Quinoa"},"content":{"rendered":"<h1>Ensalada de Quinoa con Verduras Asadas y Salsa de Yogurt<\/h1>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=6D2fE9Io5j8\">Receta de mi Masterclass en YouTube click aqu\u00ed!<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><b>Ingredients for 2 people<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span class=\"s1\">Para la Ensalada<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">1 taza (250ml \/ 8 oz) de  quinoa<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">1 taza  (250ml \/ 8 oz) de caldo de verdura<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">2 remolachas moradas, cortadas en dados<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">2 zanahorias medianas, cortadas en rodajas gruesas en diagonal<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">\u00bd manojo de esp\u00e1rragos (cuando est\u00e9n de temporada) o 2 pu\u00f1ados de jud\u00edas verdes, cortadas a trocitos<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Aceite de oliva<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Sal &amp; pimienta<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Hojas de hierbabuena \/ menta fresca<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span class=\"s1\">Para la salsa<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">1\/2 taza (125ml \/ 4 oz) de yogurt natural<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">zumo de 1\/2 lim\u00f3n<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">1 Cucharada de aceite de oliva<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">\u00bc cucharadita de comino molido<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">\u00bc cucharadita de piment\u00f3n de la Vera<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">1 pizca de cayena (opcional)<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Sal y pimienta al gusto<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Precalienta el horno a 400F \/ 200C<\/li>\n<li>Prepara una fuente de horno con papel de hornear (usa una grande donde entren todas las verduras, as\u00ed tendr\u00e1s menos cacharros que lavar)<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Para cocinar la quinoa<\/span>:\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li1\">Ponla en remojo en agua fr\u00eda durante 15 minutos.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Cuela la quinoa y enju\u00e1gala debajo del grifo para evitar que amargue.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Pon la quinoa en una olla y a\u00f1ade la taza de caldo. Lleva a ebullici\u00f3n, tapa la olla y cocina a fuego lento durante 15 minutos.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Cuando est\u00e9 cocida, <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>NO ABRAS LA TAPA<\/b> <\/span><\/span>y deja reposar otros 15 minutos<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Destapa y separa la quinoa con un tenedor y reserva<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Coloca las zanahorias en un bol con 2 cucharaditas de aceite, 1\/4 cucharadita de sal y un poco de pimienta. Mezcla bien y ponlas en la bandeja para hornear.<\/li>\n<li>Haz lo mismo con las remolachas, usando el mismo bol as\u00ed tendr\u00e1s menos que lavar.<\/li>\n<li>Hornea las zanahorias y la remolacha durante 15 minutos<\/li>\n<li>Mezcla los esp\u00e1rragos (o jud\u00edas verdes) con aceite de oliva, sal y pimienta y horn\u00e9alos por 10 minutos en la misma bandeja donde est\u00e1n las otras verduras.<\/li>\n<li>La remolacha y las zanahorias se cocinar\u00e1n un total de 25 minutos (si prefieres las zanahorias crujientes, horn\u00e9alas durante 15 \u2013 20 minutos en total)<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Para hacer la salsa<\/span>: mezcla el yogurt con el zumo del lim\u00f3n, aceite de oliva, comino, piment\u00f3n, cayena (si la pones), sal y pimienta hasta que este todo bien mezclado.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Para emplatar, pon una taza de quinoa cocinada en tu bol o plato favorito (por persona) y coloca las verduras encima, sin mezclarlas, para que el plato est\u00e9 lleno de color y quede bonito.
